I have struggled with High Blood Pressure for the longest of time and been on various Antihypertensive BP medications and never has my BP ever been below 135/90. I decided to give garlique a try before making an appointment with a Primary Care Physician and I am absolutely amazed. I have a BP below 130/90 and I have never felt so good. I no longer suffer from the headaches and vision disturbances caused by my BP because this product has worked wonders. : ) if you're unsure about this product just give it a try! I just purchased Garlique today and took my first pill right away! While the pill is larger than I expected, I had no trouble swallowing it. So far, I haven't experienced any side effects, and I feel like it’s making a difference—my blood pressure hasn’t gone up yet. I got this supplement to help manage my blood pressure until my doctor’s visit, and I plan to discuss it with her. Recently, my blood pressure readings have been around 150/91 to 160/95. After taking the pill, I waited a few hours to check again, and I’m thrilled to report that it's now in the normal range! It's such a relief, as high blood pressure feels really uncomfortable. I intend to keep using this product and will ask my doctor if I can continue taking it long-term instead of resorting to medication.

Got these to help with bp. dont know yet... but i can say that swalllwing them is pretty easy. there is no after taste or no odor and the size, shape and color are pretty decent. whatever they can help me with, I'll take it, after all a little garlic won't hurt anynody. some of our favorite dishes are made with garlic! PS : they aren't capsules, but are a close to flat geometric peach color shape!

I've tried this supplement for over a year has not helped me with my blood pressure. It might help you with yours, but I haven't had any luck. Waste the money.
