This helps me to feel more balanced with my blood sugar throughout the day! I take it with each meal, and I don't feel the highs and lows of blood sugar spikes like I normally do. I am pre-diabetic, but this makes me feel normal again. It feels like a miracle honestly. I've been raving about it to family and friends. It makes me feel like I have more sustained energy throughout the day, and I don't feel as hungry.

This really works. Just a few days use and my sugar level is going down, though I stopped eating carbs, now only on plant based foods, boiled eggs and white skinless chickens only. However, it seems I have heartburns a few hours after taking it. Still studying it.

It does seem to be helping with daily Blood Sugar reading. Finishing 1st bottle. 20 day supply of capsules 1 three times a day with meals. Going to continue taking until next A1C lab in April.

Has helped my blood sugar tremendously but always cut bsvk kn sugar intake and walk at keast once a day or di sitting exercises if yiu can't get out of the house or are older. Varies on weight and food intake.

there is no aftertaste I don't know how the pills work I have not done my blood test yet I will update after I have done the blood test to see if my blood has improved

Couldn't tell any difference. Was a waste of money.
