A great gaming chair. Assembly was simple; it took me about 20 minutes to assemble. Tools were included, so no extra tools were needed. It's very comfortable to sit in. The armrests are height-adjustable, so my arms won't get tired even after long gaming sessions.

Love this chair honestly. The lighting is super bright and looks way nicer than I expected. my whole setup kinda glows now at night and it feels awesome. Chair is comfy too. Took me a bit to put together but it’s all good after. Really happy with it..

I found this GTRacing GTW500 gaming chair is the best one within this price range. Easy to assemble, sturdy built, and the eye catching LED lights really stands out. It's not just some extra lights, I found the gaming experience got enhanced to another level with those attractive LEDs

This gaming chair is awesome! The LED lights really add a cool vibe to my setup, and the colors are easy to customize with the included remote. What I love most is the vibration waist support pillow—it feels like a mini massage, which helps so much with lower back pain during long sessions. The chair itself is super comfy, sturdy, and had a super easy assembly process.

Overall the chair is good and nice. One side of the back lighting doesn’t work and evidently GT racing has that problem in 60% of their chairs. Now, if you reach out to GT racing, they will replace it. It’s as simple as leaving a review on their website. The leg rest could stand to be a little longer for taller people but overall I really enjoy the chair.

im giving it a 1 star because when i got it together half the led lights dont work i have been in email with the company about it and have been told they have no stock to replace the broken part so i have to wait. but in store you can see hundreds of these so be cautious when buying seems like its a bad batch seeing as how many people having same light not working issue.

Purchase this item 2 weeks ago now and it comes with a manual with gtracings number and email. I’m missing a power cable and IR remote in this box, for my speakers and RGB lights. They took 1 week %26 a half to fully respond back to me and tell me now they’re out of stock of this item at the main factory store for the next 2 months!!! DO NOT BUY!! This item will not come with a power cable nor remote! They’re selling this item knowing they have 0 power cables and remotes available
