Love it easy to set up. Came on time, the color we wanted. Only issue is it does not connect to the PS5 Bluetooth. To here the games through the chair. Might want to explain that better in the description. Other then that love the chair

I got this reclining gaming chair for a larger man, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and supportive it is. the reclining feature makes it easy to find a comfortable position for gaming, watching TV, or simply relaxing. The Bluetooth feature is definitely one of my favorite details because it makes the experience much more enjoyable without needing extra speakers. After using it regularly, the chair has proven to be comfortable, practical, and useful for everyday use. Overall, I think it's a great option for someone looking for a roomy chair with some extra features.

Great gaming chair. The only issue was the box it came in was in terrible condition. Was worried that it was already opened and returned and was possibly missing components. Luckily everything was in the box.

I ordered it for Christmas the chair came with 3 parts nothing else to assemble. The box had a big that said contact us don't return we will provide fast and effective support. Once again give them the benefit of the doubt they give me the run around over receipts and proof. Parts get here two weeks later once again they don't even fit the chair model what a waste of time highly disappointed don't waste your money buy it on Amazon

I received the item and after assembling for ~45 min I found that the back part where I can rest my head is bending forward due to which it is difficult to rest my head. I called customer service and they asked me to reassemble the product and return to a Walmart store( no option to pickup) which will take another 1 hour to dissemble and return to a store.

Received 2 days after ordering which was good cause it was a Christmas present.After receiving and starting to put together found that a part was missing.The piece that connected top backrest to bottom of seat.Now having to e-mail and trying to call company for the piece that is missing.Finally got company to say they are going to send the part.Just having to put up with aggrevation and waiting time for piece.

I'm waiting for you guys to send another chair. I called you guys and I told you what happened whoever was delivering it left a note on my door and delivered it to a different door because that door is not my door. I can't find the chair I don't know what else to do. I'm very frustrated. I'm not happy at all. Nobody is trying to help me with this.
