ive taken plenty of vitamins in my life. Some to sleep, some to stay awake. Ive noticed in my menepausal state that nothing works to help me fight fatigue. Well, these do. I put 2 in my coffee in the morning and take a B12 and im good to go all day. They make sleeping better too. Since im getting the energy i need to stay awake all day, by the time its bedtime, i fall right out. Idk if this is from the vitamins, but i used to wake up throughout the night w hot flashes. Now, im sleeping through the night and only waking up once, if even that, with hot flashes. These vitamins r miracle workers. Highly recommend..

I like this product and it has helped with my energy levels. It also does not make me shaky or anxious like other products have. It seems to help with focus as well.

i l9ve how only two capsules make up for 3 cups of coffee that i would need to drink just to make it through my 8 hour overnight shift at work!

My daughter takes these when she has a lot of work for school. She can take it easily and not too strong for so that she can go to sleep at night also.

so far these have worked good i do feel alittle tired at the end of my day but i usually do without them so either way. i feel energy when i take just 2 of them. takes a little bit to kick n but works great!

Taking this vitamin gives me the boost of energy I need to stay on task. I'm not a coffee drinker so this helps alot when I'm feeling tired and sleepy.

I really like this supplement. I have been using this for years now and I can tell the dip in energy when I don't take it. There are no weird side effects just good clean energy!

So far, good. I have low energy due to thyroid disease and Habit Energy seems to be working for me. Only complaint is the big container and at times, it is hard to open. I hope that there will soon be a Habit product for menopause. I will be trying the multivitamin as well.

I took these before they changed look of the bottle and they worked amazing! But, I did purchase this new bottle and I feel it did the complete opposite thing to me. So instead of making me ready for my day it made me want to nap! Not sure why if it's only the appearance that changed ?
