Halloween H2O: 20 Years Later (4K Ultra HD + Digital Copy + Steelbook)

The review is about how the film looks in 4K and not a review of the actual movie. Paramount has done a good job of transferring this film to 4K. If you do not have the movie, I recommend the 4K in steelbook (if sold at a good price which is what I got it for). It does not come with a standard Blu-ray disc. It only has the 4K disc and digital code that redeems in 4K.

Love the movie. Product came well packaged and in prestine condition.

Fun Halloween movie, the steelbook compliments it well.

This is a great edition to any collection. The first steelbook I was sent was damaged. Walmart replaced this damaged steelbook and the second one came flawless. Thank you Walmart.

Item arrived with one of the discs loose inside the case. This has been an ongoing issue with 4Ks and probably isn't Wal's fault, but worth mentioning nonetheless. Thankfully not scratched and still plays. Outer sleeve was a little dinged up on the edges but no scratches on the case itself. As for the movie, H20 is one of the better sequels, but that's not saying much as anything after 3 is a total toss-up in terms of quality. Most of Shout's releases are excellent in terms of audio/picture quality and extra content, and this is no exception.

In terms of the product itself, the steel looks great and it came packaged well. However the plastic slipcover is severely deformed with a big, permanent ripple in it. From what I can tell online, this is a common occurrence with this product. So just be aware that your slipcover is likely to come misshapen. Also wish this product had more special features! There's like none.

Great picture and sound quality but there is a lack of special features. That's the only thing in my opinion holding this release back from 5 stars. Entertaining entry in the Halloween franchise.
