Hannibal Rising (Steelbook) (Blu-ray + Digital) Horror, Lionsgate

The origin of Hannibal Lector! Thoroughly enjoyed this addition to the franchise. It provide a ton of background and understanding on the main character in this franchise. A must have for any fan of the franchise and serial killer/thriller genre.

The five star rating is for the steelbook itself. I really like this line. The film has its moments. If you love the character, im sure you'll be able to squeeze some enjoyment out of this film. It has moments of greatness.

It's such a pretty steelbook and I don't think I've ever seen this movie available on Blu-ray anywhere else. Or the digital code.

I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't so hard to find. They print too few of the limited edition steelbooks. Its near impossible to get the one you want unless you preorder it months in advance.

Nice steelbook. Picture quality slightly better than the dvd. Audio quality was ok. Wished there were more special features. Ok for a prequel, but character arc could have been better.

Great steelbook, mediocre movie. Nice that this is finally in HD quality bluray though for collectors that want the whole Hannibal collection.
