Hamilton Beach 12-Cup Programmable Drip Coffee Maker Machine, Dispensing Coffee Pot, Cafetera, Black

I had the Hamilton Beach with the pull the Reservoir fill it up. Take it back fill up the pot and your coffee kind. But I upgraded to this one boy I really really like it. For whatever reason it's so much easier to pull off the reservoir and fill it up. Put it back on boom you have coffee. It's really fast brew. I wish it had a little beep that I'm done beep, but it doesn't. No biggie. Makes a great pot of coffee. also, it's no bigger than a regular drip pot doesn't take up any more room.

Second time to buy the Hamilton Beach 12-Cup Programmable coffee maker. Bought the first one about 10 years ago and really enjoyed the ease of filling my cup. When we moved 12 states away, the people who bought our house liked it, so it stayed. I immediately replaced it when we arrived at the new home.

I like this coffee pot. They last for several years. I have bought many over the years. Always buy this style. This time however, It seems to leak when you press the button in to get your coffee. Doesn't happen to me but happens to my husband. It may be that his site is not so good and he is not pressing the button correctly? Not sure

The side water tank is both good and not so good. No need for using a pitcher to fill can remove water tank and fill at faucet of refrigerator but it added extra width to the foot print of the coffee maker and takes up more counter space then the previous style.

Too bad they don't last but a year or so. This will be my very last purchase, have bought at least 10 times. Now, the price is completely insane. his coffee makes at nest, should not be more than $40 since they break within months. PS STOP USING FEDEX, my order was lost, the replacement got here pretty quick, DID NOT COME VIA FEDEX

Was really impressed for about a week and then it started stopping during the middle of a pot. I have to shut it off and then turn it back on and it will continue for about another 2 cups and then stop again and so then once again I have to shut it off and turn it back on

This purchase was a replacement for an identical brewstation that failed. The concept and general design is fabulous. The only problem is that arguably the most important part of the coffee maker, the part that dispenses the beverage, is located about 1/4 of an inch away from the heating element. It wouldn't likely be an issue except the part is made from a soft plastic which weakens from proximity to heat and it's designed with a high leverage load to release the reservoir plug to dispense the beverage. If the part was made from a much more robust material this coffee maker would be as close to perfect as it could be. Unfortunately this will likely be replaced again next year for the same reason. I've had every iteration of the brewstation and this one has only failed with this specific issue, not once for any other reason.

Been using this coffeemaker since Sears sold them! The design for persons who have disability with hands is just great as no requirement of having a decanter, nor having to pourover the water as rreservoir is removable. The sad part is, after Sears was gone, whoever produced them went downhill fast, Couldn't last even a year or just a month past year. I wrote and requested that they could really improve them as many disabled persons sure would benefit - but not to the tune of buying one every year. Finally found Cuisinart very similar, just still trying to figure out how long warmer stays on (lol) - Only had a few weeks now.

Coffee maker came with no instructions at all, coffee maker was very dirty and dusty and weird smear marks, coffee maker makes pretty loud hissing noises when on, never had these problems before with Hamilton beach coffee maker before. Very dissatisfied with this coffee maker, reached out to Hamilton beach but they were no help at all. Would not recommend

Does not get hot!! Coffee is like learn after brewing! Have to put cup of coffee in microwave after dispensing a cup and f coffee! After sitting for a hour starts to warm up would not recommend this coffee maker!! I am so disappointed it took me a few days to decide on what coffee maker I wanted and took this one b cause of the brand name!! If I wanted ice coffee would have bought one with that feature!!
