Hamilton Beach 2 lb Bread Maker Machine with 12 Settings Plus Gluten Free, White

Bought to replace my old Hamilton Beach unit. Works perfect for my Challah and other breads. This one is a bit more compact and lighter weight which makes it easier to store!

I'll get purchased this gift to give to my daughter-in-law. She's all she has always wanted bread maker. I found a pretty good deal at Walmart. Got it. I put it to the side cause I try to grab stuff. You wanna see it cause it's usually gone if I wait she loves the tea makes all kinds of bread and things in that bread makeup nice size nice just very nice. I was impressed with it when I when I compared several of her not for her but from me for her thank you once again for a great experience goodbye bye

I purchased this bread machine to replace the one purchased about 25 years ago. It was also a Hamilton Beach and just did the job, so I stayed with the brand. It is very similar to the first one, with upgrades and improvements that I appreciated. The use is fairly intuitive - easy to see what information you need to give it to get the results you want. So, good to have good homemade bread again with ingredients I know and trust. Only real complaint - the review asked about recipes - my old favorite recipe worked just fine - but the new bread maker came without any - very disappointed!

I've only used it three times but the bread came out great each time -- perfect rise, perfect loaf, perfectly baked. I started with the recipe in the booklet but after that used two others from the Internet. All worked great. I don't understand all the review complaints about wanting more recipes in the instructions. If you do an Internet search for " bread machine recipes" using any browser you'll get thousands of results. In fact I find that preferable to having them in the instructions because I can copy and print them after making any additions or adjustments I want. The problem isn't finding recipes -- it's sorting through all the results. But I used AI to filter my results, specifying a few criteria that focused on what I like. BTW, use BREAD FLOUR rather than all-purpose flour. I preferred the bread flour taste by far.

The screen on the front was the selling point for me. This machine out preforms my more expensive department store purchased brand. Very pleased with this purchase. Excellent bread machine. The recipes in the book were not worth the ingredients though, but that will not stop me from purchasing a second one. I am now spoiled on these features.

Machine works fine. First time bread machine users would have a hard time because there are no recipes provided. Seeds, nuts, raisins, etc should be added at the beginning of the process. Adding them according to provided instructions, after a beap, does not work at all.

The pan is smaller than in the older models, which break by 6 months. Let's hope this one lasts a bit longer. Wish they came with a pan without a hole in bottom for just the bake feature. The paddle seal deteriorates, leaks and leaves stains on the bread making bake feature useless.

No instructions, no recipes, noisy, just not a great experience. You will need to have some favorite bread machine recipes because even though the settings imply certain recipes, they do not come with the purchase. We looked online for anything from HB for this product, finally found the book to print (that should have been part of purchase). I have tried two of the recipes and they did not turn out well.

In the process of returning. Should have known something was up when we received the pkg. and it clearly had been opened. We then opened it up read the instructions. So far so good started putting the basic bread ingredients into maker only to find out the digital digital panel was not working. It would not change any of the settings at all. So had to clean it out and box back back up to take it back to the store for a refund. Not a happy camper at all.

Still waiting on the bread machine to come in. For some reason I received a small Christmas tree instead of the bread machine. I did call Walmart online customer service and was told they would send out a replacement. It's been over a week and no bread machine or any updates. What's up? Where's my bread machine?
