Tops. Good to the last drop!
I've wanted a coffee urn for years. So glad I finally bought it. This is for household use, but it's industrial grade. The parts went together easily. Washed it. Brewed with water to test it. Yes, 45 cups take 45 minutes. And those 45 cups equal 22 real cups of coffee (per usual). Be sure to order the paper filters that fit this unit. My filters didn't arrive for several days, so I used 3 paper napkins instead. Nestled them in the metal filter like little bird nests. Worked perfectly. No coffee spilled. I bought this item to serve coffee to workmen who came to my house to replace sewer pipes on a cold winter's day. They were appreciative. Husband liked the leftover coffee and donuts, too.

When our coffee maker at church breathed its last-we Had to have a reliable, high capacity maker to replace it. This unit looks good, brews quickly and makes good coffee. Grateful to have found it for a fair price and speedy delivery-didn't miss a Sunday🙌🏽

Great broth heating option
Purchased to heat a ramen broth for a party. It is meant for coffee, but did a great job in heating the broth quickly and maintaining it heated during the event.

This item was bought for small to medium gatherings and is a perfect size. It works nicely and the coffee is hot. The unit is easy to clean. Also, I looked at prices for this unit and found the best price here. :)

Coffee anyone?
I like the visible fill tube, letting you know how much coffee is left. I like the press or pull coffee fill lever. I also like that it was a reasonable price compared to most!

emptying it while hot for cleaning ,be careful it is hot everywhere. the handles are a little small so the control isn't ideal.

It is not Stainless Steel
This pot is aluminum. It will work for the function as intended, but I was looking for a stainless steel coffee urn and not aluminum. Listing is incorrect in representing this product as stainless steel.

We purchased them for a school event and they leaked all over the table. We were able to fix them enough to get through the event but, not worth it.
