Hamilton Beach Stainless Steel Electric Kettle, Tea & Water Kettle, 1.2L, with Ultra-Fast Heating & Auto Shutoff

We have been using Hamilton Beach stainless steel electric kettles for the last 10 years. They work well and last. This electric kettle is a favorite and I highly recommend it!

The Hamilton Beach Electric Kettle is exactly what I've wanted for years rather than using the gas stovetop during the depths of winter within a tightly closed house. It is very easy to use and extremely reliable with the automatic shut off feature. I use filtered water to prevent any harsh mineral build up on the stainless steel interior boiling surface. Yes, the coffee tastes great!

I wanted something that was easy to use and did t take up a lot of space but was also a great price and this little jewel fits the bill. I use it for our tea, for instant coffee when it's just me, for hot chocolate some night and anytime I need really hot water fast.

We have had this electric pot for about a week and we love it! We have hassled with heating up water for instant coffee, hot chocolate, tea and instant noodles on the stovetop for years, and our last tea kettle was a real pain, so we decided to try something different and we are really glad we did! This little pot is so fast! It's perfect for two people. It's noisy when it first starts heating up, but as soon as it starts to quiet down because it's starting to reach boiling point, we flip the switch off. You can wait until it finishes boiling and shuts off by itself if you want, but when we did we had to add cold water to our drinks because they were scalding hot. The little water level window is great too!

The temperature of the water coming out is nearly boiling. It heats up a lot of water fast. You can add the hot water from this to instant foods and instant drinks like hot chocolate and tea bags. There is nothing bag about this. There is even a safety feature on it.

I bought this kettle for a sports concession stand. We had an old fashioned water/coffee urn that would take forever to heat up, which means hot chocolate and ramen noodles were sold out within a half hour on a cold day. With this kettle we can quickly heat up water for the whole event. And since it is metal, we don't have to worry about cooling the kettle in between pots.

Not too tall as I think it would be but the size is good something to hot water for the baby bottle it's really fast and so good in love with it hot the water real fast I boil potato and eggs in it cook the potatoes so good and so easy to clean fast cup a tea in the morning for my kid's it's a best buy

I bought one of these coffee pots from Walmart years ago and love it. I wanted to buy another one to replace it if it broke. It is a back up! The price for this product on other sights was very high so I came back to Walmart, the price had gone up but it was fair. Everything is going up in price so I'm happy to have this one in reserve. Thank you

My old one broke and as this one had good reviews, I would get it. it stated that 2 to 3 cycles of water should be run through it. After doing that and using it for 3 to 4x daily for several weeks, it still has a chemical taste that I can taste over my black tea (no sugar or cream). I'm sorry I didn't spend extra money to get a better brand. Won't buy this brand again.

I had one previously that lasted 7 months before the pot started leaking at the base of the pot. I ordered another just like it because I just thought it was a fluke that it leaked. When I got the new one I set it up, ran some water through it to clean it, boiled the water and did it again. Then I put some water in it to use later. When I went out about 1 hour later to use it there was a growing puddle underneath the heating base. This product is clearly defective. Don't order it!
