am very satisfied with this steam iron. It heats up quickly, glides smoothly over fabrics, and the retractable cord is very convenient. The stainless steel soleplate works efficiently, and the price is reasonable for the quality. Overall, it's a reliable and easy-to-use product.

Really happy with this product. The retractable cord helps with maintaing a cord free room and the iron can hold a lot of water which means I can easily do 30-35 mins of steam ironing without having to refill. The steam functionality is also good and does the job!

I like this iron because it is light weight not heavy like my previous iron. It produces enough steam to get the wrinkles out. the retractable cord is great, all at a great price

Nice size even with retractable cord. Lightweight, nice smooth stainless steel soleplate. Ironing easy with or without steam, and it's easy to add or remove water from reservoir. Really, really like this iron. Great price too!

This iron is light weight and perfect for stiff, difficult uniforms. It does not have an auto off but the dial turns to off the same way it turns the iron on! The retractable cord was a selling point for me, I pulled it all the way out and did not think it would go back in when I finally saw the gray retract button on the handle base of the iron! (The button looks like an emblem and is not raised so you would notice it ) I pushed it with my thumbs and it went right in. The iron is nice looking and the quality very good, the price very inexpensive. Great buy!

The ability to dry iron is usefull. Easy fill reservoir and see thru water view helps track when more water is needed. Only thing I don't like so far is the on/off temperatures set dial. The location directly under the handle makes it very easy to accidentally bump, rub across changing the setting as you are ironing. I was constantly having to readjust temp even though I was actively trying not to bump it.

Most of my clothes are delicate-looking, with lots of details. I ironed a long-sleeved white blouse with a collar, 2 pockets. buttons and cuffs, and it was difficult. The iron was big and clunky. It took too much time to do! I would like to see an iron half the size and easier to move

This iron constantly drips water, even when not requesting steam on the spray function. It doesn't get very hard, barely takes wrinkles out of denim and other heavy material materials.
