Hamilton FlexBrew Programmable Single Serve Pod to 12 Cup Coffee Maker, Black

I had one that worked for about 4 years before it stopped working altogether. I liked it so much that I replaced it with one identical to it. I was simply going to repair the one that broke, but my wife insisted that I simply replace it, so that is what I did. No regrets.

I love this coffee maker. It has everything you could need to make a delicious cup of coffee. You can brew a whole pot, use k-cups and there is even a single use brewing contraption in the removable compartment. You can brew a large cup or small. You can set a timer and have it start on it's own. I will definately buy again for its versatility and ease of use.

This coffeemaker is everything you could want in a coffeemaker. I first bought the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffeemaker model 49983 and the single side that took kcups stopped working after just a few uses. I took a paper clip to it, still would not work. Everything that is wrong with the 49983 had been redesigned into this machine and I love it. It actually does what it is suppose to do! Great tasting coffee, I love it!

the use of the postal service for delivery was awful. It took 3.5 weeks to get here to my home. The item was all over the country and many delivery delays. It wasn't because of Christmas delivery delays either. If I buy something from you again, please do not use the postal service to deliver it. I know you have a contract with them but it is affecting my opinion of Wal-Mart. I was a couple of days from cancelling my order and purchasing it somewhere else when it finally showed up. I have a bad opinion of Wal-mart now because of the delays in receiving this item.

The Walmart page for this coffee maker indicated a price nearly half the original price. Later I found the higher price is more like the MSRP and the discount price is actually the going price at other outlets. There is no reservoir, you fill the cup/pod tank for each cup brewed. Same for the pot. It seems you can't brew a cup at the same time you have a pot of joe warming - the cup side will shut off the pot warmer. It takes a bit of practice to get the controls right. Even after a few weeks I don't care for the control layout

Shipping was great, arrived about a week earlier than scheduled but model sent was refurbished, and NOT the older version that was pictured on the website. Also, the description on the website did not mention anywhere that it is a refurbished item!!

Machine was it difficult to operate and coffee tasted very bitter. I tried multiple brands of coffee and it always had a bitter taste. Would not recommend this product.

I bought this for a fathers day gift to my husband %26 low and behold the biggest dissappinting gift ive EVER bought him. This product was sent to me with coffee inside the machine, water in it and the water basket was broken all down the side. This was a previously bought, used, broken, and returned machine. Then RESOLD it to me!!!! I am VERY dissapointed ! THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW !!!
