Fixed a dish for a church social. It was very durable and held heat after putting tinfoil over the top. So nice not having to worry about having to take a dish home. Fix and Forget!

Durable
I cooked our Thanksgiving Turkey in this pan. it was extremely durable and kept all of the juices locked in for the perfect turkey!

Great option insread of thin, flimsy, roasting pan
This is the first heavy duty pan I have seen or used. It is great and very sturdy for heavy items like a pork or ham roast, for this size. I have also roasted ribs in it. Highly recommend it for cooking and then storing the left over. It can be covered with foil for re-heating. I will keep buying this improved option for aluminum pans.

STURDY PAN!!!
I am super impressed with this pan. Most foil pans you buy are flimsy and I usually use 2 to have enough strength to hold a turkey or ham...THIS ONE WILL STAND ON ITS OWN. When it says it is "Super Strong" it means it. This particular pan is 11 3/4" X 9 5/16" X 4". I like that it is 4" deep which allows the meat I cooked to self baste. But it would also be great for deep dish lasagne, (or my southern, authentic.. Great Grandmother's recipe.. Chicken n Dressing...OH YES!!!). I LOVE THAT IT IS MADE IN THE USA, In Wheeling Illinois and it is 100% recycled aluminum!!! This pan is so nice, I am not sure I am going to throw it away (recycle)... 5 stars for this one!!!

Amazing
Who knew there was any real difference between standard foil pans and this one. It is so rigid and sturdy. I highly recommend these in general and especially holiday meals. I would still recommend that you be support the pan underneath when carrying with something heavy like mashed potatoes.
