This is a large sturdy pan that would easily accommodate a turkey, or a pot roast (or two) along with vegetables, or lasagna. or anything else you can think of. for myself, I just cooked 2 whole turkey breasts. This pan is great when you're making food for a potluck or family gatherings, or bringing dinner to sick friend/funeral where you don't want to have to worry about getting your dishes back. However, it is also sturdy enough to be washed and reused as well.

I love this pan it's strong.

I have used Handi-Foil products for years and have found them to be reliable and well-constructed. I like that they come in so many sizes and are made from recycled aluminum. I always use one of two methods, depending on size and weight, when I cook with them. Either I place the Handi-Foil on a baking sheet and then place it in the oven or I have a baking sheet ready to slide the Handi-Foil onto when removing it from the oven. It only took one time of not providing this extra support to learn that handling heavy and hot foods in a foil pan is a bad thing to do. The one thing that I have trouble with is the lids that come with the pans. Either there is a trick to getting the lid to fit, or it is a design flaw. I can not get the lid to fit and stay so I can move/transport the pan unless I use something (rubber bands, twine) to affix the lid to the pan.

So I received this item to sample....all I can say is AWESOME EVEN COOKING AND DID NOT STICK.....AND LOVE THE LID AND ALSO I LOVED THE FACT THAT MY PORK LOIN ROAST CAME OUT PERFECTLY....I COULD SEE THIS ITEM COOKING A NICE HOLIDAY HAM AS WELL AS A FINE TURKEY... THIS IS A MUST HAVE ITEM....AND IF YOUR WONDERING HOW DURABLE IT IS....WELL ITS SUPER DURABLE...AND DOES NOT BEND FROM START TO FINISH....OVERALL A MUST HAVE FOR ALL KITCHENS!!!

I received the Handy-Foil Medium Rack Roaster Pan and Lid as part of the Spark Reviewer Program. I had a graduation party to attend and I used it to make Lasagna. It is very sturdy and heavy duty. I love that it comes with a lid. It made transporting it to the party very easy. The best part is that I can choose whether I want to clean and save the roasting pan for another use or if I just want to toss it. They are very inexpensive to purchase. I will definitely purchase more of these.

What more can I say! I've been using these pans for years and it happens to be a holiday coming up so it's perfect, they are super nice and plenty of room I use them to defrost my meat in the fridge overnight before grilling, I use them for lasagna, spaghetti, salads the list could go on forever as to what I use these pans for, I've been using them at least 20 years of course I don't mean the same pan but can use one over again just wash it out and I replace them after about 2 meals depending on what I'm cooking in them, they lid that comes with it is great, no more using all your foil just snap the lid on and go. Definitely recommend, another not it's pretty large it literally fits everything I grill after I grill I place my items in the pan and set in the over, it won't burn or overcook your food, this one comes with two pans which is wonderful.

I love that this roaster pan is made in the USA of recycled aluminum! The usable portion of this sturdy pan (not including the generous lip) measures 15.5 by 11 inches at the top and 14 by 9.5 inches at the bottom with a depth of 3 inches. It includes a clear plastic lid with the same dimensions as the pan. I easily fit four humongous chicken breasts and nine large chicken thighs in this pan, about eleven pounds of meat. I did set the pan on a sturdy baking sheet to transfer the chicken into and out of the oven safely (as the instructions on the pan indicate), fearing that the foil would bend due to the weight of the contents, but it held up well. I've made the mistake of buying foil pans at the dollar store, and they were so flimsy as to be dangerous. This pan got the job done, and now I'm ready to make a couple of meals for a dear friend whose family has come down with Covid-19. I'll buy this brand again in the future.

I Like to bake up dishes to last the weekend. This pan is supposed to be a medium, it's definitely a large. Love the lid, and why doesn't every pan come with a lid? I greased my pan very well as usual, but still had a little burn.(I guess because It is aluminum?) I didn't fill it completely full, and I'm glad I didn't, because it would have Bent from the weight of my recipe. It's a good pan over all, light recipes would work great or put a cookie Sheet underneath to keep it sturdy.
