Works really well. I do not have little kids, so our laundry is pretty tame—no one is rolling around in the dirt or squeezing ketchup all over themselves. For everyday laundry it seems perfect! I feel better that it's more helpful to the environment.

It has a nice light scent. i didn't notice the clothes actually being softer, but they don't have static.

I received the box completely open without the soap in it. I've tried to get a refund since I never received the item %26 it wants me to ‘return the item' to Walmart to get my refund. Which is obviously impossible. I uploaded a photo as proof. I still haven't heard anything back.

How people are giving this junk 5 stars I do not know. I wanted something better than Downy, which hasn't been good since the 70s, and a step above Snuggle. This has very little fragrance. What it has I can't describe but don't like. None of it survives drying and on 6 dresses of varying fabrics it left none the least bit soft. I hesitated years because it doesn't come in a small inexpensive size. I shouldn't have bothered. The bottle is cute though.
