I would rate this higher if the instructions were better and things were labeled even a little bit. Thankfully I am pretty handy but I did put it together and had to take some things apart because I had to assume on building it.

Well the item came in poor PACKAGING condition all of the parts were just thrown in the box and there was MANY PARTS MISSING. Look to find a number to call and maybe you could send the parts that's missing COULD'NT FIND A NUMBER SO THIS ITEM IS TRASH GONNA PUT IT WHERE TRASH BELONGS AND CHOLK IT AS A LOSS

much too difficult to assemble. need assistance with service contract. ( warranty ) also for 5 years I purchased blueberries,blackberries and raspberries. at least $ 100 worth of Berries I have THROWN OUT. Fast delivery but Poor material quality. Plastic connectors too small for the metal pipes. Received it this morning. Started putting it together but parts doesn’t fit. Will put it back in the box and return it.

I purchased this for my grandbabies to store clothes for them when come to visit. It kinda looks like a kids toy. not sturdy at all, cheaply made and some bars came bent. Hard to put together, mind you I put a lot of things together for my girls.

Stay away from this thing. First off, the "instructions" were incomprehensible. I understood advanced calculus better than these instructions. The best use of these instructions would be to line the bottom of a birdcage. The quality of the materials is ridiculous. One of the pipes was starting to unroll (it's cheap rolled metal). The plastic connectors were feeble. Combine the connectors, the poles, and instructions and you have the perfect storm. You almost need an engineering degree to assemble the thing. As far as it holding any weight, I don't trust these shoddy materials to support a thought, let alone anything shown in the product pictures. The strongest part of this product was the package it was shipped in. I've assembled items like this many times before with no trouble. With the numerous assemble, disassemble, and reassemble sequences, it took me four hours and numerous colorful words to finish. Oh yes, I'll be returning this.
