definitely worth the money and a good buy.i store clothing and accessories and shoes in them ...I'm trying to buy 250 more totes. im a reseller and they work good for my inventory. i just write them off on my taxes..easy to move around and easy to stack ...I don't go no more than 5 or 6 high

After searching and searching I finally decided to go with the gray Sterile 18 gal tote containers with lid. All 8 containers and lids were accounted for and arrived quickly in 1 box. All are new and in excellent condition and all the lids fit correctly. Considering the new condition, amount, size and the price, its a great deal. So yes, the search is over and I'm very please.

Before buying these I looked around and priced similar tubs. I have some of these and compared to some of the other styles these Sterilite tubs hold up great. Some of the others the tops crack, or problems with the tub itself cracks. So I bought this stack which was a great savings.

The containers are a very nice size because they're not too large, making them hard to lift or move but they are large enough to hold quite a bit. I would have preferred a different color than silver/gray but by ordering these in bulk I saved a few dollars and I'm quite happy with them. I was buying them once a month but that actually was costing me more and I was having to lug them home. So this was a real deal for me. I'm using them for all types of things like crafts, momentos, supplies, old electronics, and still have some left to use.

I love having the red boxes it makes it easy to find all the Christmas items in the closet. the strength of the plastic is somewhere between light and heavy. so perfect for Christmas items. I am looking to buy these in a different color for some of the other stuff I want to pack.

I love the colorful totes. I ordered these to organize a closet and get rid of cardboard boxes. They came in precisely the amount I needed. 8 containers with lids. Unfortunately they arrived with only 6 lids! I thought they must be in the bottom but nope. So now I will have to physically go to the store to purchase 2 more to complete my mission. I gave 4 stars bc other than missing two lids the containers are all intact without damage.

I bought 40 of different colors to pack my house. I used for framed and unframed photos to bedding to spices/tea/coffee items to pots and pans, etc. 18gal is a good size when you have a lot of like items. Used 6 for my stained glass and equipment. They can handle heavy loads that can take 2 people to lift. I did learn that they can be too flexible when packing so need to pay attention or won't get cover on when its packed too wide. Biggest draw back is wasted space because of design. Space where handles go is all the way down sides so not straight/flat inside leaving empty spaces and affects the inside dimensions. I hope they redesign so inside is smooth all around. Spaces also made it difficult to mark contents on that side. Could also be just a bit thicker so it doesnt spread out so far. I used space saver bags for king size bedding and put in 30gal bin. Indentations from handle areas definitely affected how they fit and spread so cover wont fit. I used packing tape to try and pull closer but tape did not stick well. Bin holds a lot with space savers but sometimes they dont stay sealed and the extra air pushed top off. Having different colors also makes it easier to pack by room or like items. Masking tape sticks well to mark contents. They also stack nicely.

Great size for fitting what is needed to store without getting too heavy to move around. Great quality and quantity for amount paid! They are sturdy. I didn't give it 5 stars because I didn't get the color I wanted. I usually assign a color to each of my children and I find it frystrating that the pink and purple are always out of stock. But these will definitely work.

Sterilite 18 gallon totes are a great value. They are at least 30% cheaper than Rubbermaid totes and almost as good a quality. If you can wait a few days to recieve them, i highly recommend buying the 8 pack and having them delivered to your doorstep. They aren't any cheaper that way, but the bonus of not having to transport them home is great!

This is what you would expect from Sterilite, decent quality for the price and a nice color. However, of the 8 bins, almost half had a black grease smeared somewhere on them, and it wouldnt come off no matter how I scrubbed! Not sure if that was from packing. Also, only 7 of the 8 kids were sent. A bit disappointing!
