Absolutely love this thing. I've used it on so many different projects already that it's definitely become my new favorite tool. It's strong, reliable and fairly lightweight, but still feels quality plus The LED flashlight on the front makes it a breeze to see things and darkly lit areas. I've always liked hart and their products so i'm glad I added this one to my tools collection when it went on sale. Highly recommend it. 😎

This is the best thing for tight spaces. Not sure how much torque it puts down but it gets things very tight. Use is simple, weight feels hearty without being too heavy. This thing gets in tight spaces where even a 90 tooth ratchet couldn't gain leverage and makes no work out of things.

It doesn't have much power to break the bolts loose. You can easily use just like any other ratchet to break the boats loose and allow the battery power to remove the bolts quickly. It beats using a ratchet and it gets in places an impact will not.

First of all, I love Hart tools! I have several of their tools and several 20v and 40v batteries and chargers. The tools have always shown to be strong, dependable, and well made. This ratchet was no different! It exceeded our expectations. It has multiple uses and is a great tool to have for car repairs in particular. It's slim and maneuverable to most areas of an engine. The battery life is great too. The price is great especially compared to other brands of the same tool. My husband finds it very useful! I love that it uses the same battery along Hart producta so you don't have to purchase a separate battery for each new tool. Very pleased! Highly recommend!

Bought for my son. He is a forst time home buyer and this tool was great for him to use getting his new house fixed and decorating!!

It works great except for the unhandy location of the on off switch. I spend a lot of time turning it back on. Otherwise it's a worthwhile too to have!

much faster than using a ratchet. it has enough torque for everyday repairs and battery life is very good

Came with bad / dead battery that wouldn't charge. Couldn't replace because these are not avaliable anywhere now. Can't fully say how well it performs yet until HART sends me a working battery. Should never have a dead battery however for a new tool bundle. Not a good start.

i dont like the fact that the battery dont charge its been plugged in all day its blinking red not green
