HART 20-Volt Cordless 1/2-inch Hammer Drill Kit (1) 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion Battery

This hammer drill is absolutely incredible especially at the price point. I've had others from top brands and this one hangs in there right at the top with the rest. The others had been broken from using so much as I do a lot of concrete fastening, and I've had this for a few months and no issues whatsoever. GREAT HAMMER DRILL

Its impossible to believe that there's a better drill anywhere! I live in an 80-year old farmhouse with plaster walls that are hard like concrete. This drill has made the installation of shelves and the like incredibly easy and quick. Love this drill!

Milwaukee tool owners doing a job where I work so my Makita bag and we're even more surprised to see the Hart tools come out of it. They tried my hammer drill and we're quite impressed and ask the price and we're even more impressed. Hopefully it and the other tools will last the long run but they seem to be quality built

The only issue I had was that the battery that comes with it runs out pretty quick if you're using it for over 30-45 minutes continuously. I highly suggest you get an extra battery and it comes with 1.5 Ah which is the smallest one available, so get the 4Ah or even better the 6Ah battery!

I read the reviews and all the 1 stars were due to the Battery and or Battery charger not working. Well i figured if the rest are 5 stars its gonna be a great drill. Nope ! I plugged it into charge and 4hrs later it was still charging. I charged it overnight and the next morning it still wasn't charged. Nothing happened when I put it on the drill. I had to take it back for another one but they were out of stock. I purchased a Hart power screwdriver last year that stopped working after just one use.

purchased from the app. it didn't work. it wouldn't.charge the battery. retuned it to the actual store and repurchased a replacement. i brought the second one home and it also doesn't work. i will be returning the second one and will not be trying a third rime.

This is the second 1/2" hammer drill I have purchased and then returned within a day. In both cases the drill itself was probably fine, but the battery was flawed. When connected to the charger, an error code was displayed and the charger wouldn't charge the battery. I have several other Hart 20V tools, and tried the battery and the charger in multiple configurations. The common thread was the battery that came with the hammer drill. I'm guessing there's a bad batch of batteries in this production run. Normally, I think the 20V Hart tools are a good value for the price point. I'll likely buy another one in a few months and try again.

Didn't work brand new out of the box. Defective battery- Hart Tools had to send me a new battery which will take 14 days to arrive, now I have to buy another tool to do the job because the brand new drill had a defective battery. Terrible quality control, and I have read about many other people having the same issues online. Walmart- Hart Tools, get your quality control in order!

I purchased this drill and the battery was dead on arrival. I then purchased a kit with a drill, 2 batteries, a flashlight, and saw and the 2 batteries were also dead on arrival. The serial number is from 2019 so hart custimer service was not surprised they were not working. I putchased these in April 2023. They offered to send me new ones (2-3 week process) but I honestly think its ridiculous that these are sitting for years and they are still selling them. Tools may be good but useless if the batteries are no good. Just a buyer beware for Raleigh Walmart customers.
