HART 20-Volt Hybrid 12-inch Fan (Battery Not Included)

"This hybrid fan fills a niche that not too many do, being useable with the Hart 20 v batteries or plugged into an outlet. It weighs more than expected and seems to be great quality. I wish it would have been manufactured with a ""brushless"" motor. I wish it was quieter. It will provide some relief from the heat when the power is out

Purchased this fan as it is the hottest summer I have ever personally experienced for the longest period of time and sometimes certain things can't wait outside so having a fan at all times has been very helpful. This being battery powered and or corded has been great. Would definitely recommend.

A bit pricey after buying the fan, battery and charger but in the end I am happy with the quality and performance of this fan. I made the purchase after sitting in a small walk-in closet with my husband and two large dogs for roughly an hour during a confirmed tornado sighting near our home. With Only two tiny handheld fans it became quite uncomfortable rather quickly. I love that we can run the fan on electric while we still have power and then switch to battery in the event power is lost. I mistakenly ordered the 12 inch instead of the 10 inch but decided to keep it. We will make it work!

I live in a 200 yo house, electric outlets are few. This fan makes it possible to use anywhere in my home, indoors or outdoors. I highly recommend it!

Largest option in the Hart line. Great that you have the option to use either a 20v Heat battery OR the provided 120v plug. If you a plug available you don't have to use and drain a battery which is great when on a job site with power.

I like that it can be powered with both the battery and a cord. Air speed is great, top level is a little loud, but thats too be expected when spinning that fast.

Very handy when a fan is needed where there is no outlet. Bummer it drains within an hour. Nice fan for the price.

Good product Good fan speed On small battery I get around 2 hrs on max speed and even longer on the lesser speeds

The hybrid feature engineered in this fan is great. Obviously, I can use the battery source, but I prefer using cord for stationary settings. I bought two of these fans for $99 with tax. After using one of the fan for a week, I notice noises producing from the fan. I don't know if I received a defected fan or if the bearings were not properly lubricated which causes the squeaking noise to occur. I have a feeling that the second fan may encounter this unwanted noise as well, but time will tell. Keep in mind that the fan/fans were lightly used. Don't get me wrong, I really like the design of Hart's hybrid fan technology. If anyone can help, please let me know!

No battery included and Batteries are way too expensive. Do not recommend, better product available at Quarter of the price.
