All of the hearts products are some of the best tools I've ever used and I own just about everyone they have. The reason for my low score is for this particular type of battery the 20 V 2AH black top batteries they are the first generation style batteries, and they do not have the middle slot prong for bringing the battery back to life after it goes completely dead. Make sure you buy the 20 V 2 A H with the white top and the middle slot. Walmart made a good decision when they went with heart products.
Bought it online because it was not in stock at my local store. When it arrived it was defective! would not hold a charge! Now I have to deal with returning it, and ordering another one! Because I need it to power my drill, saw, etc. Now I'll have to wait to start my project!
We purchased this item thinking it would work it will not charge our other battery charges fine so we know it's not the charger went to do a return took it back to Walmart and they would not return it because there was no serial number so I would not buy this product again and honestly I would stop the Walmart because all the return said was give him the barcode give them the product and the return is finished thank you bye
The drycells was in its original hard plastic covering. Never been opened. It was dead and would not charged. It had been on the shelf too long. Deader than a doornail.
I ordered this and it did not work when I received it in the mail. I tried to charge it but no ....when I returned it they only gave me $57 when I paid $64
Rensselaer IN Walmart is a joke! I ordered my elderly mom a new battery for her weed-eater and leaf blower for Christmas. She just opened it because it's spring and this is the first time she's needed it. It doesn't work. I took it to Walmart with the receipt and because it was over the apparent “90 day return” for Christmas items, they said I would have to contact the manufacturer. So you expect my elderly mother to get her weed-eater out in the middle of winter to make sure the thing works?! Um, no. You deal with the manufacturer!!! YOU bought it off them! I bought it off YOU! The way the two ladies at the service desk acted was incredibly condescending and uncaring! And the way they just let people all over the country visibly shop lift and walk out with stuff, but can't even help an honest, hard working person. I'll spend my money elsewhere! 👋 Oh, by the way, I bought my daughter a pair of women's white shorts there last year. Got them home and they had a poop stain in them! I didn't make a big deal about it and they didn't even apologize. Nasty store.
The battery wouldn't charge. I had to return it. i need to reorder and hope a different one will work.
it would not charge up oi wany to return it
would not accept a charge
Battery never held a charge from the beginning. Expensive paperweight. Returned.
