HART 20 Volts 4-Tool Battery-Powered Combo Kit, (2) 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion Batteries

Great combo set to add to any collection. All tools work great with the flashlight being super bright and adjustable. The two 1.5 Mah batteries and one charger can be used with any 20v Hart tool or battery and will help keep your work going. The added 200 piece bit set is a real nice bonus considering that Hart usually throws this in as a holiday deal and is usually not part of the combo set otherwise. Dropping $140 total cost was an absolute no brainer.

Excited about the product and the idea that it came with 2 battery packs. However only one works. The other one constantly blinks red which means error or testing so it never charges. Would send it back but we actually needed it asap but for the amount of money they should make sure they both work

I bought this combo kit the first time from a different walmart and the charger wasn’t charging the batteries. I returned it and a few days later I bought another set and funny how i got the same box again! The same box that was opened and damaged on the box. Funny how the second box i bought the charger wasnt working… again! Do better walmart

I bought this product even after reading bad reviews on battery charging issues thinking could be a specific item issue. But disappointed, batteries are not getting charged. Don’t understand how they sell this. Returning this product right away after buying for Black Friday.

1st battery dead on arrival, and 2nd battery died after one use. I called Hart customer service and gave all the serial numbers, but I’m still waiting 4 weeks later. Ultimately, terrible company in general, and highly suggest you look elsewhere when trying to buy a product that isn’t a lemon.

This is the worst product. Ordered as a gift and NEITHER battery would charge. A replacement was shipped. Got the replacement. Even though the charger is getting power, won’t charge the batteries. Stays in “testing” mode for DAYS and never turns green or stops the double blinking red lights for the test mode.

ordered this set as a fathers day gift. batteries were defective upon purchase. i spent 2 hours on the phone with hart customer service and was told they would replace them and to expect them in 2 weeks. that was over a month ago. still no batteries. My father in law has a hart set he cant even use.

Purchased Hart 4 tool combo kit twice! 1st purchased on 11/20/23 and both 1.5Ah batteries would not charge. Charger blinked red twice and showed error. Returned it and purchased another 4 tool combo kit on 11/21/23. These batteries also would not charge. Please ask manufacturer to QC products BEFORE packaging. So disappointed and a huge waste of time before Thanksgiving.

Defective batteries! made 2 separate purchases of the same product and only 1 good battery out of 4. I called Hart customer service, but after waiting 45 minutes and specifically for 20 volt battery defect assistance, I gave up. Goes to show how many people are calling in about defective batteries. What ever happened to QUALITY ASSURANCE? Every manufacturing company I have ever worked for had a Quality assurance, How long have these batteries been shelved?

I opened the tool combo box upon arrival and immediately tried to charge the batteries. After several attempts, the charger continued to show the 2 fast red blinks which indicated that the batteries were dead. I was convinced that the batteries or charger was defective so I returned the combo back to Walmart without any problems. The Customer Service rep was very understanding and issued a refund on my card. Hey, not upset at all. Stuff like this happens. Going to look for the same item at another store.
