HART 20 Volts 4-Tool Battery-Powered Combo Kit, (2) 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion Batteries

Already had a hart blower that works great but needed more batteries. Got this set on Black Friday for $118.00. Included 2 batteries , 2 drills , saw zaw and shop light. It was almost $100.00 for the 2 batteries. Great deal and the hart products work great!!

The five star review are for the tools. If I could give zero stars to Walmart, I would. If this was purchased as a gift, I would’ve been humiliated. It appears that Walmart excepted a return from someone with the initials CD because CD was in engraved on every single tool. Walmart chose to except CD’s return, but they never should have tried to resell it. I sure would like to hear CD’s rating. All the tools appear to be durable and well made but being that I had to return the tools I cannot attest to the quality and/or power of the tools themselves. I did reorder them and will give an update to the tools at a later date. Now just know, WALMART SUCKS!!!

Great combo set to add to any collection. All tools work great with the flashlight being super bright and adjustable. The two 1.5 Mah batteries and one charger can be used with any 20v Hart tool or battery and will help keep your work going. The added 200 piece bit set is a real nice bonus considering that Hart usually throws this in as a holiday deal and is usually not part of the combo set otherwise. Dropping $140 total cost was an absolute no brainer.

Excited about the product and the idea that it came with 2 battery packs. However only one works. The other one constantly blinks red which means error or testing so it never charges. Would send it back but we actually needed it asap but for the amount of money they should make sure they both work

1st battery dead on arrival, and 2nd battery died after one use. I called Hart customer service and gave all the serial numbers, but I’m still waiting 4 weeks later. Ultimately, terrible company in general, and highly suggest you look elsewhere when trying to buy a product that isn’t a lemon.

open my box and found everything except my rapid charger and 1 of the batterys was missing tried to call the number no answer tried and email no response i dont understand how it could be missing these items when it clearly says on the box that thwy are included

Batteries are junk. I have bought two of these tool sets and three of the four batteries are bad. I have tried both chargers on two different outlets and get the same error. Thought I could save some money and have a light duty drill and saw set, but that is a BIG NEGATIVE. Will not recommend HART brand power tools to anyone.

We've had other Hart tools, but this set flat out sux. Both batteries would not charge... or the charger just didn't work. Either way, I returned that piece of crap and still am really ticked off. Was able to grab it off the early deals for what seemed to be a great price. As my dad used to say, if it's too good to be true, it usually is!!!!! And this DEFINITELY holds true here.

I opened the tool combo box upon arrival and immediately tried to charge the batteries. After several attempts, the charger continued to show the 2 fast red blinks which indicated that the batteries were dead. I was convinced that the batteries or charger was defective so I returned the combo back to Walmart without any problems. The Customer Service rep was very understanding and issued a refund on my card. Hey, not upset at all. Stuff like this happens. Going to look for the same item at another store.

Defective batteries! made 2 separate purchases of the same product and only 1 good battery out of 4. I called Hart customer service, but after waiting 45 minutes and specifically for 20 volt battery defect assistance, I gave up. Goes to show how many people are calling in about defective batteries. What ever happened to QUALITY ASSURANCE? Every manufacturing company I have ever worked for had a Quality assurance, How long have these batteries been shelved?
