This is a nice Level and pretty reasonable cost. Got this for my maintenance man to help him hang my new curtain rods, but he wouldn't use it so I had to return it.

Perfect size for around thee house

Unure why I've never purchased one of these beams before. With all this time at home, I'm rearranging my art; which resulted in uneven paintings and decor. This easy, simple, and lightweight beam helped me immensely. A must have for every household. If you love precision, you need one. Stores well in a closet, credenza or on a shelf. Definitely, too large to fit in most kitchen drawers.

i used it out in the yard leveling bricks in the walkway. it stood up with all of the dirt and mud.

Since this level is made of aluminum, it is very lightweight. It has three “bubble” windows to check the level of whatever surface you're testing. It can be used standing vertically or lying down on its wide side. There's a generous size hole near one end for hanging it up. It would easily fit over a nail head or a pegboard hook. If you're using it to check a surface such as a floor, there's even a hole over the center bubble that you can look down through to see the bubble. I tested it on several surfaces alongside another level and they read the same, so it appears to be accurate. This 24 inch level is a handy size for numerous household chores such as making sure curtain rods or shelves are level when installing. The 24 inch size makes hanging pictures straight a breeze. The light weight makes it easy to handle when working on installations over your head.
