OK, quality for basic light metal but nothing hard
I am attempting to drill out an Allen screw that stripped and broke. These bits are strong and have not broken, but they are not making a dent and drilling out this screw. I bought some Diablo bits to see if they will make a difference.

sadly poor quality
had high hopes. started out great, but within a few weeks all 4 snapped. my old Ryobi bits are still working well and drilled through all the same materials. poor flexibility, holder is great.

Snapped like a twig, spend a little more
I was drilling pine (regular 2x4, not pressure treated or anything) with 1/8 bit and it literally snapped in half. This was the first use of the product!!! I was not applying any kind of pressure on this than what you normally would while drilling. I could not believe how cheap these things were. At least the $5 spent on this item tells me never to buy another Hart product again.
