These panties are wonderful for unexpected "whoopsies." I did not find these until well after menopause. These panties compensate for life's little discomforts as I age. My muscles may not protect me as they did when I was younger, but these panties do!

Have tried other pairs for occasional bladder leaks - they fit well, are comfortable - do not look like "diapers" and don't leak through! I will probably buy more with my next order (and yes they wash and dry in the dryer in good shape)

They fit very well and are really comfortable. Made of good quality material. I'm older and just need them for occasional minor incontinence and they work for that. I wouldn't know about a heavy menstrual flow.

I have other period panties that feel like they have a lot of bulk in the absorbent part. These feel thin, lightweight and comfortable. I use them for exercise to prevent urine leakage. I didn't get any discomfort or rubbing from the waist or leg bands. Very happy with my purchase!

These panties are SO comfortable. I don't know about the leak protection because mine is rare and very light but at least I know I'll have some protection if/when it happens. I'm just really happy that they look nice , fit great and are comfy.

Feels like there's a thin piece of plastic in between the lining and outer panty fabric. If you're a heavy bleeder, there's not much to absorb the flow. I would only use these panties as a backup with a pad or other option to capture the majority of your flow.

They're not as absorbent as the other underwear I've gotten from Walmart. I ordered them because they came in different colors. The ones I use now only come in grays black and brown. So I was willing to see if these would work as well. They don't.

Had to return. Sizing extremely small . Normally wear medium to large, ordered XL according to sizing and still too small. Material also seemed very thin to prevent leak through.

Add says leak proof, they are not leakproof . A small amount of water just ran right thru, did not stop any of the water.

Horrible. I did the water trick. it wouldn't soak in fast so it just ran out the sides. So thin. I wouldn't suggest them. I returned them.
