A natural alternative to sucralose not bitter

Lordspower May 22, 2026

What this let me do is reduce the amount of sucralose I intake. Allulose is over of the few sweeteners that are not bitter in coffee. Sucralose is so strong tasting it can overpower the coffee flavor. This is no where as sweet. You need two teaspoons in 16oz coffee. It doesn't change the taste of the coffee. 90% less calories and all natural. Pros: All natural Low glycemic Low carb Not strong tasting Not bitter in coffee Can caramelize Cons: More expensive than sugar or sucralose Not as sweet so needs 1.5 times the amount compared to sugar or sucralose Overall this is a great sweetener for coffee

Great sweetener

Anonymous September 10, 2025

I read an article about Allulose and using it as a sweetener. It said that it was actually healthier than the other low calorie/no calorie sweetener. I like it and I use it in my hot tea, but also in my oatmeal. I think each person will have to decide the exact amount that suits them, but definitely try this.

Tastes like real sugar

Pat May 16, 2026

My first time buying this brand of allulose. I can't tell the difference from actual cane sugar. I practice a low carb lifestyle and this really helps.

This sweetner can be used as a sugar substitute. It has the same taste as sugar as I use it a lot in my cheesecake receipes. Great for a diabetic. It is a little pricy but well worth the cost! I will continue to purchase this product.

tastes just like sugar.

Anonymous January 7, 2026

taste is indistinguishable from sugar and the only way to know is it's not as sweet so you might need to add some monk fruit or a little extra. I use it to make chocolate syrup since it thickens just like sugar

Absolutely love this sweetener! It tastes exactly like real sugar with zero bitter or chemical aftertaste. It dissolves smoothly in my morning coffee and works perfectly for low-carb baking. Highly recommend for anyone cutting down on sugar

Allulose has been the one sugar substitute that doesn't cause me to get a raised blood sugar rating and it tastes good. Bonus points for the fact that my dog can have some if I drop a bite and I don't have to freak out!!

Misleading advertising. It takes exactly DOUBLE the amount compared to regular white sugar. I use it in coffee and the result is decent. Just a small amount of aftertaste but not bad. Biggest drawback is the cost.

Allulose used for marshmallows

Eagle61 December 16, 2025

I didn't select whether I would recommend this Allulose because it may just be personal preference. I make homemade marshmallows and this pouch made them taste..well not good. I've used this before many times and no problems.

Use this product at your own peril!

anonymous June 27, 2025

This product does not taste like sugar, or any other sweetener for that matter. In addition, the effect on the digestive system is immediate and dramatic. If you don't like spending all day in the toilet, do not buy this product!
