Health Garden Birch Xylitol Sugar Substitute Packets, 50 Count, 10.5 oz

I knew a man who always chewed on sticks of Birch...he had beautiful teeth. I doubt using this birch sugar will do much for my teeth...but it is nice %26 sweet and with zero aspartame! The packets are a bit harder to open than say the thin papered Sweet %26 low..And, the price is a bit more than the box of Equal. But I'm not going back to any with aspartame..and after trial %26 error, this substitute is the best I've found.

I do not use sugar or artificial sweeteners since I discovered Xyitol. Xyitol does not have any calories and it does not cause dental cavities!!I Also, I prefer the taste of Xyitol to the taste of sugar (dextrose). There are no side effects, at least that are known to me. I highly recommend this product, and products that contain Xyitol.

This is a great sweetner for those watching their sugar intake. This sweetner is sweet without any bad aftertaste. I wish that the crystal size was smaller so it would dissolve in my iced tea quicker, but it tastes great.

Perfect! When you go to a restaurant. It's the only sweetener I use because it really does taste like sugar. I have to use three packets but that's enough. I guess some will take one or two. It just depends on your taste of sweetness.

all natural, just one ingredient. perfect for diabetics. seems identical to real sugar, and when measuring for cooking, it is 1 to 1. BUT IT HAS LOTS OF HEALTH BENEFITS and no known health drawbacks! this actually HELPS dental health. it doesn't mix into some cold foods as easily as sugar (which liquifies easily on contact with moist ingredients), but that's the only drawback i could mention! there's 0 bad taste, and no aftertaste! i consider this an amazing sugar substitute.

This is the best sugar substitute I found.Tastes just like sugar and no after taste.Always have it at home and to go.Good for kids too,doesn't cause cavities.

cant decide on what review to give this product, for me, i am diabetic and on dialysis, so i have to watch what i use for sugars, this product is suppose to be it for diabetic, it does not up your sugars like others, but i had to use 5 envelopes to have the taste of sugar in my one cup of coffee a day, i usually buy splenda but it shows in my glucose. I use xylitol gum act for dry mouth, its fantastic.

In my case the product produced adverse effects such as stomach cramps and diarrhea along with a few other unpleasant side effects. I wish I could return the product. I would not recommend the product and certainly never buy it again.
