1Tbsp., 8oz glass of water-All systems GO
I am required ( for health reasons) to take meds w/ something in my belly, early AM. I also get constipation quite often. All said, to conquer two med. needs, in one shot, their simply is nothing comparable to Colon Cleanse, 1st thing, AM. Taste is not bad & I've done this for over 3 years now. An addt'l benefit, is that it keeps your blood sugars in check. I drink mine, 1 Tbsp in an 8 0z, glass of water

Price no good
I bought this product at one price and now that I want to buy it again it is cheaper like $20 more they abuse the prices I bought it somewhere else at the price I had bought it don't abuse the prices...
