Just as good as more expensive brands
Just as good as the more expensive brands I have tried them both and for me I can not tell any difference between them so why would I pay more I wouldn't.

For SM, SM-L, and MCAS
Great price for Pepcid AC (The H-2 blocker). A necessity for anyone with MCAS or Systemic Mastocytosis! It should take the symptoms down in all but the most stubborn SM and MCAS symptoms.

These tiny pills do a big job
these acid reducers work as well as a big name brand and cost much less. You're great to keep on hand for those unexpected times. definitely helps with the heartburn in the acid reflux which is what I have. Make sure that you don't even want to eat but these help a lot. I don't have the burn like I did and I haven't really had any heartburn either.

I don't feel like this has any effect what so ever. It's like a placebo. As a pregnant person seeking comfort for never ending acid reflux I' thought this would help. Instead it had no effect.

Ineffective in my experience for heartburn
Even though cheaper than Equate product, these tablets are not as effective as other products from other companies. I would question the amount of Famotidine in these tablets and this should be checked by proper chemical testing by FDA and companies marketing this product.
