We take this for lung and kidney support. My allergies don't seem as severe when I add NAC.

The ease of use is on point. Although it would be smarter take with a nice glass of water. The taste could use some improvement, maybe honey as an addition would create some movement? I guess a blood test wouldn't hurt, to know to what degree it really works? All in all, I'd recommend, given the price and volume on hand.
