Only one capsule a day and works great!
I switched to this brand after using another that I considered very high quality. But that one was three times more expensive and I was needing to take thee capsules every night. Love taking just one of these.

Love love love!!
I've repurchased this already. I love this item! I can definitely notice a difference that it has been helping me fall wind down and fall asleep, and also stay asleep. My rest feels more restorative!
