I've used these for pain. I also use them for severe cramps in my feet. I highly recommend them. They really work! I've even have taken them off and put them back on their plastic patch. When I reuse them they're still highly effective. They really work!

I tried another one from this same brand but says it's comparable To a different big brand name and that one sucked. Same brand, Health Wise but those won't stay on like these do. Make sure to pick this one exactly if you choose to try them. Also it's comparable to a prescription one and the cost is way better!

This product has been incredibly helpful for me. Whenever my body aches the day after a tough workout, these patches kick in fast and give me the relief I need to keep moving comfortably. They stick well, feel soothing, and the 4% lidocaine really helps calm the pain. I also deal with plantar fasciitis, and these patches make a noticeable difference. The adhesive back keeps them secure, and the touch of menthol adds a refreshing, cooling sensation that feels great on sore spots. The only improvement I'd love to see is having each patch pre‑cut into four smaller pieces. That would make it easier to use on small or specific areas of the body — especially for foot pain like mine. Overall, this is a fantastic product that delivers strong, reliable relief when you need it.

The only negative is that the natural state is sticky and simetinesfolds before application. But i doubt anything can be fone to correct that. i just have to be careful when applying. the patches are like a miravle as far as relieving pain...even ipon application. I used to get these prescribed by my physician years ago and they were very ecpensive. Now I have urgent need for backpain relief. I am so grateful they are available over the counter at a reasonable price. SO worth the money!

This brand is every bit as good as the name brand expensive patches. It gives the same pain relief, easy to apply and remove Great bargain for a large quantity. I'll re-order.

I regularly order these for chronic leg pain. They work just as well as the more expensive ones and they are virtually identical. They are the best value pain relief patches that I've found thus far.

I was given some Lidocaine patches for some foot pain %26 they work great. I now have a lower back hip issue %26 when I go to work these patches %26 ice let me go through the day with no issues.

I would like to leave a 5 star rating because these really do work great and they stick really well...a little too well for my liking, that's why the 4 star rating. I'm have old lady skin and cannot use these as often as I would like too because they will actually tear my skin if I use them continually.

This patch has the medicine to help my lower back pain. But, it is not the best at staying put. The heat can be rather intense and lasts about half of the year here in central Texas. Sweating is the norm, especially down the middle of my back. The patch gives way to the sweat and slides off. Good medicine, bad adhesive.

I don't know why it's so expensive and it hardly works. I use them on my knees for arthritis.
