I waited until I had taken awhile after using other high quality 'Brain Health' products. Healthy Mind' has directed that you take 4 pills a day for max effect. I took 2 for a few weeks then 3 for a few weeks. Taking 3 worked better than any other of the many I've tried. I would imagine that 4 would work well for those with need for better recall.

Feeling mental clarity, less confusion. No after effect, taste or odd feeling. Pleased with product,on my 3rd month of usage. I am 75, female, good health.

you have to read the fine print where it says that it has caffeine in it had I read that I would have never purchased it.

I read that it wasn't supposed to cause jitters because of the green tea. Beware of you are sensitive because the green tea is enough to cause jitters.
