I have to say this stuff actually works. I have had issues with my memory for years. And as I've gotten older it seems I've had a combination of the normal getting older memory issues and maybe some of my other issues which are related to who knows what. I tried this bottle as a trial and then ended up doing a second month. I noticed less and less episodes of me forgetting what I was going to do or other types of memory issues, and tell I literally was noticing no episodes at all. Then I ran out and never did get it refilled. It's been about 3 weeks since I stopped taking it and I have just started noticing these episodes relapsing. Who can say for sure, but what I can say is prior to taking it I was having memory issues and forgetting what I was about to do. While I was on it I did not have those episodes and after I quit I started having them again. it may be worth noting that I also take nmn and ubiquinol.

I really think this helps somewhat. Its no miracle in a bottle, but Im actually remembering things better than before.

I am only giving it four stars because it is the first and only supplement I have tried as a supplement for memory. I do feel that my memory and recall has improved. I am only finishing up my second bottle (second month) of using this product. So I would recommend trying it for yourself based on my personal results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins worked pretty good! I took as directed 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening with a meal. I definitely seen a difference in my memory. I felt very alert and aware of what I had to do for the day. It took about 4 days to make any kind of difference. I'd highly recommend this product. Just don't forget to eat prior to taking this vitamin otherwise it makes you nauseous.

The quantity compared to the size of the bottle is a joke. Haven't seen any improvement neither.

Additionally, the money back guarantee yielded no results either and it has been well over a year. I’m very disappointed in the product and the claimed guarantee and cannot recommend it.
