I have to say this stuff actually works. I have had issues with my memory for years. And as I've gotten older it seems I've had a combination of the normal getting older memory issues and maybe some of my other issues which are related to who knows what. I tried this bottle as a trial and then ended up doing a second month. I noticed less and less episodes of me forgetting what I was going to do or other types of memory issues, and tell I literally was noticing no episodes at all. Then I ran out and never did get it refilled. It's been about 3 weeks since I stopped taking it and I have just started noticing these episodes relapsing. Who can say for sure, but what I can say is prior to taking it I was having memory issues and forgetting what I was about to do. While I was on it I did not have those episodes and after I quit I started having them again. it may be worth noting that I also take nmn and ubiquinol.

I really think this helps somewhat. Its no miracle in a bottle, but Im actually remembering things better than before.

I started using it 2 months ago and you head fuzxyness is some better. Some days yes other days not so much.

I am only giving it four stars because it is the first and only supplement I have tried as a supplement for memory. I do feel that my memory and recall has improved. I am only finishing up my second bottle (second month) of using this product. So I would recommend trying it for yourself based on my personal results.

I have been using this product for a little over 1 year and I'm not getting any worse but not getting any better. At least I feel like it has helped slow the progression compared to taking nothing at all before. I'm 80 years old and I felt as though I was losing my memory fairly rapidly before I started taking Cognium. So I will continue on for as long as I feel it helps.

I am sure they would work fine IF I ever remembered to take them.

The quantity compared to the size of the bottle is a joke. Haven't seen any improvement neither.

I used Cognium for several months and they definitely did not meet my expectations. I got no positive results whatsoever. Additionally, the money back guarantee yielded no results either and it has been well over a year. I’m very disappointed in the product and the claimed guarantee and cannot recommend it.
