My husband has damage in his shoulder and finally thought we found something and he loves it. One complaint is the battery. It doesn't charge quickly and if on high of course it drains the battery. Great product though we are going to adjust the heat and see

There is a pocket on the inside which can hold a small moist towel or thin moist sponge which allows your shoulder to receive moist heat. I have used the level 2 heat setting (there are 3 heat levels) with vibration on my shoulder for approximately an hour in the mornings. This has proved very useful in helping my shoulder heal from a strain that has been causing discomfort. After an hour of heat and vibration the battery still has approximately 50% life remaining. This device works for me.

Takes some patience the first time you wear it. Somewhat of a puzzle. The gummy didn't assist in that regard. hoho. Once together and ON .... it was great. Not too hot, just enough strong vibration. HIGHLY ADJUSTABLE. I have two rotor-cuff injuries and this worked to calm BOTH. Long lasting battery. TWO hour charge with USB. Fine price. I LIKE IT .

One size fits all is always difficult choice. While the quality and value seemed satisfactory, the fit was the determining factor. The brace seemed like it had a lot of potential, unfortunately the fit was a deal breaker and I returned the item.

I like it but it's too big for me anyway the strap is okay that wraps around your chest. but the shoulder is too big for me and the strap that goes around your arm is is okay.

does not support there shoulder at all. heat, though very warm, is focused right on "ball" of the shoulder and doesn't really reach any muscles. massage is pinpoint at best, though strong.

It would be great if it heated to 130° like it says it is doing but it is not it is rather more like under 100 ... not hot enough for real comfort therapy :((

Just a loud annoying vibration sound. Did nothing for my shoulder. The heat part worked ok. Needs to be weighted so you can actually feel the heat.
