This helped my wife get the use back of her shoulder. She had what you call a frozen shoulder joint. We tried heat, no help. Then we used the ice pack that came with this strap. It took a couple days to start feeling better. A week out and she has full use of that shoulder. Saved use Thousands of dollars in orthopedic shots and or most likrly surgery.

Item is exactly as described and fits a medium frame person, such as myself, very well. It's neoprene material and I love the wide band that goes across the back of shoulder keep the brace stable along with the bicep strap. It's provides enough coverage for shoulder and feels very light and comfortable. The separate gel pack holds the coldness very well and it's a very easy installation within product. I would recommend this product for small-medium size built person.

Met and surpassed my expectations of an item that can be used as a cold pack or as a heat pack.

its cumbersome, heavy but once you get it situated it is very helpful to get the cold pack to the entire shoulder area.

Perhaps if you are a BIG football player with very broad shoulders, this would work well. For this short female, it is a nightmare. It extends up onto my face and into my hair and slides around in the cover. I can't get it to actually work on my shoulder because it is so big and won't lay down.

Says one size fits all? Im 5'11" 210 And cant come close to wearing this Also no way to put this on after shoulder surgery if you CANT MOVE YOUR ARM

Got notice item had shipped and was being prepared for delivery. Then got another notice that the item was being returned to sender and a refund was being issued. No explanation why. Not pleased as I will now have to take more time to find something comparable and hope it will be delivered on time before I will need it after surgery.

This is so poorly made, that I don't know where to begin! Pockets to hold the icepack are on (1) side %26 it doesn't even fit! You cannot get the sling over your head %26 secure the icepack in anyway, so it falls out! This is probably the worst thing that I've ever purchased from Walmart. It should be discontinued, immediately!

Impossible to adjust. Not comfortable. I returned it to store and lost another $7.00 because magically its on sale now. Im canceling this app. Rip off
