this product works great! heats up massages. easy reading. it charges very quickly. i had it plugged in no more than 15 minutes and it is still on my knee. the battery pack is small..easy to read. beeps when it is plugged in. the light turns green. i am sure it will fit for larger knees..but this brace firs perfect. it only has 2 velcro straps. easy to stretch around. i have not tried it on my shoulder yet .but they give you each a strap. charge one and switch it up if you need only one knee.but the price is descent for 2..i give 5 stars

Order the 2.pcs,only recive i pc,contact walmart to send the missing part,they seller dont give an option to do so,only to return to a walmart store.Know i have to drive to a walamrt store to return an online ordered, Walmart should get no have third party like this one
