I have been very pleased with this heating pad. It doesn't have a separate cover (that always shift around). The pad itself is very soft to the touch. It has five heat settings and turns off after two hours. My favorite things about it are the size (longer than my previous king-size one) and how thin the pad is.

Didn't have heating pad. This one perfect. Use it in my lift chair in the back. Heats fast, can only use setting %231. Too hot for other settings. When it gets to hot I turn it off. Nice size. Nice that the pad can be washed. It is very nice! I have back pain. Helps alot.

this heating pad is the best I've ever had! the price is more than fair but the comfort and a six different heat levels are amazing. since then we have bought three other ones for my family members as well and their families. I highly recommend this product it's great.

This is the BEST heating pad I have ever owned!! It is very soft fabric. Not that crappy plastic stuff like the other ones I have and this one is very large. Reaches from my waist down past my knee!! Only $8. more than the small crappy plastic one I had. Get you one of these,!! Highly recommend!! The scale is 2-5 I say it's definitely a 10!!!! I have sciatica and it's affecting my back, hip, thigh and knee and this covers it all. 6 heat settings,!! That's great! My other ones only have 3!! FANTASTIC PRODUCT! May get another one for spare.

I not only bought one but two of these heating pads. My husband and I both have back issues plus I've broken both my femurs. These pads are the perfect size for your back or for covering both my legs in my case. The hospital heating pad barely went around my one leg and they are pretty small. So if you want a good deal for your money, I suggest this heating pad.

I love the size. But I have found that it does not stay on as long as I would like. While I'm watching TV in the evening, I will use this heating pad. I will have to turn it back on several times. The heat output is not as good as other heat pads that I have.

Controls are too easily brushed against making them change the settings or even shutting it off. Either make the sensor less touchy or put the controls where we do not need to touch,just to place the wires. A simple flip up door over the switch positions. Or a clear sliding panel. This pad I guess can not be used under a limb or section of the body. The weight would crush your heating elements, one layer on top of the other. It can only be used on top of the body laying flat, it does not curl or conform or fold. OR are your "User Manual" 'facts' not to be adhered to and we can use this heating pad just like every other one on the market. No Guarantee of suitability for the purpose intended.

The heating pad seems to be working well, however, the photo of the control panel is not what you actually receive. There is no timer button, it'll just shut off after a few hours if you leave it on. It would be nice if you actually received what was in the photos.

I have owned this product for only two months. I use it at work while working in the office. While having it on the connection to the remote started sparking and burning. Lucky not catching on fire or items around it. I do not recommend buying this product.

This heating pad was purchased 11/25/25 and stopped working 12/20/25. It did not last one month. The quality is poor and the overall weight of this heating pad is very light and flimsy. You really do get what you pay for. Pay for the Sunbeam, they last for YEARS.
