These trash bags are great! They are big (39 gallon) so they hold a lot and are very durable. So they are perfect for yard cleanup. They can easily hold grass clippings, leaves, twigs & sticks, without puncturing through the bag. The trash bags are also very versatile and obviously also work great for other things as well. Perfect for storing your seasonal items, storing heavy bedding, collecting donations, cleaning out your basement or garage. I have been cleaning out my basement and filling these bags very full and I'm very impressed by how much they actually hold. Also none of the bags have ripped even when filled with very heavy books. I also like that they have a drawstring closure on them, so it definitely makes moving and transporting the bags easier. These are great heavy duty bags and would highly recommend!

Hefty amazed me once again. I received these from the Spark Review Program and I put them right to work. I had to clean out my garage and everything that I had to get rid of, these Hefty lawn and leaf garbage bags really amazed me by their extra large capacity of being able to hold everything that I put in them. I love the fact of them having a drawstring because that makes it easier of closing them up. I did get water in one of them and the garbage bag did not seem to leak any water out. When I had to move them to my garbage can I was really afraid that they would tear, but they did not tear and there was no punctures in the bags either. I am definitely going to purchase more of them and see if they have bigger gallon sizes. Thank you Hefty!

I use these for a outside garbage can to store diapers every week to wait for the garbage. they don't leak smells when tied and I've never ripped them pulling out huge heavy smelly garbage out of the can when it's time.

These are marketed as lawn and leaf bags, but I have a large trash can in my mud room and these fit it perfectly. I love the cinch handles that make pulling this out of the can and tying the bag easy. It keeps me from accidentally spilling or having a mess that needs to be cleaned up. These bags are strong, durable, and nothing goes through them. There are no issues with trash perforating or leaking through these bags. If you're like me, you have family members who will toss something in the trash without properly cleaning it up, draining it, or wrapping something broken. So far these bags have stood up to the test of a busy household. I've had a child dump liquid in, but when I pulled the bag I had no extra messes to clean from the bottom of the can. WINNING! Love the size of these lawn bags. Can fit tons of yard waste in them. We pulled, pushed, and shoved them full of leaves and twigs without any tearing. Drawstring makes it super easy to cinch shut and haul around. Definitely a good staple to have in the garage for whenever you need a good, strong garbage bag.

Overall, these are pretty good bags. They’re a great size for lawn and leaf bags, but they are t as sturdy as some other bags I’ve used. One of the handles tore when I had only a few items in a bag. It wasn’t heavy, but the handle came off on one side. There could be an improvement with that and they could use a few more millimeters of thickness. Overall, good bags for what they’re to be used for...outdoor lawn and leaf bags.
