Henckels 2-Stage Handheld Knife Sharpener

This item was so good at sharpening my knife to a point that could easily cut paper. Just follow the instructions. It allowed me to effortlessly cut through salmon without tearing the meat. My cutting board barely showed any indentions. But I refuse to sharpen the other knives because of younger ones in the house :-)

This was a free gift with the purchase of the 7 piece knife set. I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it's as awesome as the knife set I bought. I can say I love the design and ergonomics of it. Will update later if it doesn't live up to the expectations of the knives.

I bought this starter set for a nephew moving into his first apartment. He and his girlfriend love to cook together. I'm sure they'll put this nice starter set to good use.

Despite its heft, this sharpener is easy to handle and does a fantastic job bringing some of my older knives back to life.

lt does not get the knives sharp enough.

it just does a terrible job sharpening knives. I've tried several knives and none of them have a good edge. on the other, I had a cheaper one from a different company that lasted for 8 years and put a perfect edge on our knives.

Does not sharpen as intended. Instructions clear but drawing knives through product doesn't produce a sharp edge.
