I'm not a Sea Moss rookie. I can tell a big difference when I take this VS another highly rated brand after just 1 serving. I just feel “better” when I take this VS other third part tested brands I bought on Amazon because this wasn't available. I sleep better, I feel more awake %26 less groggy (chronic fatigue sufferer). This brand is doing something right %26 I love that for us. It's as close to how “good” I felt when I was taking raw sea moss gel, by the spoonful (traumatic consistency). I'm using quotes because it helped make me feel a little less depleted %26 didn't want it to be mistaken with feeling as good as a triathlete. One capsule can't help you with that. However, if you're like me %26 you feel 90% empty, every day.. all day, any extra gumption given is a win. Oh, I forgot to mention how it helped with my hormonal bloodwork. I'm grateful for that!! I'm on my third bottle. I hope they never stop making this!

I read the other reviews before purchase. This did not cause stomach discomfort. Only took for a month but look foward to purchasing again. Felt an overall improvement.

This is another product that I love but Walmart has decided to not carry so that I have to order it online which costs more and inconvenient and frustrating.

Not sure I've noticed any benefit.

It says on the bottle to take 2 a day. 1 every other day is good for me. When I took 1 a day my stomach cramped.

This product is great but over time it has started to change formula wise

I'm not sure what was in this that made me so sick, horrible vomiting and diarrhea. I do NOT recommend this product and strongly believe it needs to be recalled.
