Good product
I take Herbal Secrets Konjac Root as a natural way to help make me feel more full. I take two at a time twice a day before a meal and it helps. The price is good, shipping was fast and free. It arrived in good condition and was exactly as described. I'll buy this product again and will look into other products of this brand.

Worth Trying
Its only been a dew days that I've been talkng the Herbal Secrets Konjac Root so this is what i can say so far. You are to take 3 pills once a day, the pills are a little large. Make sure you are drinking lots of water while you take them. It does feel like I'm not eating as much but i need to give it more time to see if they're effective for weight loss. They are hekping with digestive issues though. inwould recommend these to anyone trying to get more fiber and to regulate their digestive tract.

I do like this. I put it in my smoothie. Honestly, I can't tell if it works or not because my smoothie has additional fiber in it already, but I like the ingredients.
