Can't think of anything negative about these capsules. They are virtually tasteless and easy to swallow. The extra fiber slows down the after meal sugar spike. Not to mention keeping everything flowing nicely.

liked it because it has no preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, etc; but does have a warning that this product can expose you to chemicals including lead which is known to cause cancer and birth defects...so so disappointed

There is an incredibly strange odor to these fiber capsules I've never experienced before. They work as intended as far as I can tell but the taste comes back up sometimes. Other brands I've bought do not have this issue.

Doesn't seem to work at all taking five to six after lunch 5 after dinner
