Great for a good night's sleep.
I have never cared for the smell of valerian root. It is what it is, though, and this formulation is great. It helps me relax enough and get a good solid sleep. I feel so much better when I get up the next day.

I take this Valerian to stay calm. I also use it to keep healthy skin cells. i feel good when I take it and will be a faithful customer by purchasing it regularly. I will use the promo to get more! Thanks.
