They stay in place well until I’m ready to remove them and wear comfortably, Not only do they help get the gunk out, they also help to keep speed up the healing process and prevent me from picking. Now I can use the power of the traditional small acne patches on my back and chest! I wore them sleeping as well as just going about my busy day and they stay put! I honestly forgot I had them on because they congeal so comfortably to my skin. They draw out the gunk and I felt made my chest/back look so much better! I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I’m honestly in love! I will eagerly be waiting for these to hit stores because they are a MUST! Also side note: I couldn’t help but think they would be wonderful for someone needing a unique shaped patch. You could always cut out the desired size from a large patch.

I struggle with persistent back acne and I have not found anything that helps with it until now. The Mighty Patch body is absolutely a miracle worker. It is super easy to apply and doesn’t cause my skin any irritation. I applied the patch overnight and I was amazed that it stayed put and did not move at all. It was comfortable to sleep in and I did not even notice it was there. After I removed the patch, I noticed great improvement with the appearance of the acne. They were definitely smaller and not as red as they usually are. These work so well and quickly. I will most definitely be continuing to use these. I also already recommended them to many people!

I have to say I was impressed with the size of the XXL Body Patch. Most importantly I was impressed with the adhesive of the patch. I was nervous about trying to use this in my arm pit. Not to mention I tend to be hot natured so it was definitely going to be an interesting test run. I was surprised at the tact of the adhesive, I mean this patch stuck better than the best boob tape lol. By morning it had not moved or rolled an inch. It was super comfortable to sleep in, I honestly forgot it was there. The best part was that the pain from my ingrown hair had been alleviated, the bump was visibly gone and it was oddly satisfying that the “gunk” had been pulled out and was now on the patch. I received this product as a part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel but I’d definitely give these a thumbs up and recommend it to those suffering from body acne or pesky underarm ingrown hairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with Mighty Patch Body. I used it on my son’s back and my chest and was grossed out yet elated, all at once. They stayed firmly in place, overnight, and definitely worked to pull out the gunk on our bodies! I was amazed by how great they work and how much better our skin looked after removing them. You do have to peel pretty hard to get it off so watch out for hairs! Ouch! These patches could be bigger, in my opinion, and I wish they were. 4 patches is not enough per box for me so I think more patches per box would be a great idea. I love that these are free from chemicals that can harm the body. They also helped us to not pick at troublesome acne spots. It was so much larger than the little round pimple patches and was perfect for one of my larger pimples on my back. I had been rubbing it and this patch helped keep my fingers from picking during the day. It was easy to apply on my back and stayed put the entire day. It helped my pimple heal so much quicker than normal and o will definitely be getting these for future breakouts. This is perfect for those with back-ne and in need of protection and extra care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with Mighty Patches for Extra Large Breakout Areas was an excellent experience. I want to thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing them to me to try, and fully experience what they could do. I was impressed with the size of the patches as they were big enough to take care of large areas of what I call “Bacne” ( Back Acne), and the also worked great for my décolleté, and even the back of the neck where oil from the hairline can cause pesky breakouts. Another thing I loved is that Mighty Patches stay put, and do do so with minimal wrinkling, shifting, or curling on the edges. They also weren’t prone to pinching, poking or overstretching my skin, which I have to say was major plus. I am a person who likes to actually see acne and pimples disappear and know that the gunk that’s causing them is out, and these really let you see that they are being thoroughly cleaned out. Taking them off is satisfying because you can see them working, which as fan of seeing acne taking its leave, made me happy. I would recommend them to anyone that struggles with large areas of acne’s on their back, chest, neck, and I would venture to say any other large area where pimples plague them. Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed, I wasn’t, and I am skincare connoisseur.

I have used the smaller acne patches before so I was excited to have a larger patch to use on bigger areas. The product was easy to apply although you might need help depending on where you place it on your back. In addition to my back, I tried it on my shoulder and my chest. I tried it at night and during the day, and I found that the patch stayed in place the whole time and wasn’t uncomfortable. I really didn’t notice it even when I was moving around. I saw some absorption of oils, but not a lot. I think that the breakouts on my body weren’t the right type of pimples to see maximum absorption - a lot of the pimples were not full whiteheads. I have used this brand’s small acne patches on pimples that were whiteheads, and I saw a lot of gunk on the patch. I have also used the nose patches, and it removed a lot of gunk because I tend to be very oily there. It probably would have been more effective if I had more whiteheads in my body breakouts. It does prevent you from picking at the area while you are wearing it. Since it is a bigger patch, I found that it was a little painful to remove, especially in areas with more sensitive skin, like the chest area.

These large patches are the perfect size for use on the upper and lower back, but I have found that they work the best and seem to stick the best when they’re used right between the shoulder blades - which is exactly where we needed to use them so it worked out well! They are incredibly sticky with a good, strong adhesive. Once you put it on, you can rest assured that it won’t budge until you remove it! My daughter has been struggling with some body acne on her upper back for the past few months and we were very excited to use these patches to see if they helped with her problem at all. They work very well and definitely help expedite the lifecycle of the pimples. We put one on her upper back at night after she had showered and in the morning, most of the blemishes looked like they were several days old as opposed to several hours. Overall, I definitely recommend these and can say positively that they do work well. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that I wish more came in a pack and you need to be careful removing the patch from the backing as the design of the scalloped edges can cause it to fold over on itself and get stuck together.

Pros: comfortable and flexible when on, don't know it's there, clear, easy to apply, stays in place until removed Cons: hurts coming off, didn't absorb gunk as far as I could tell, didn't improve back acne after a few applications. Overall not a fan, however the patch did keep me from picking/popping/squeezing pimples. Perhaps with more applications there would be a noticeable improvement.
