Honestly was shocked at how much of a difference these make. Had a huge under the skin spot that i tried to squeeze and made it look terrible and after a few hours with this on it is literally flat so I knew I needed to make a review. This is not a paid review either

These cleared my pimples much fast than any acne product ever did. Its ashame the are a bit pricy and you only get a small amount but nonetheless they worked well.

My box arrived empty. Although it is not the manufacturer's problem. I do know that I love this product and would recommend it as long as it's in the box when you buy it

My teen daughter LOVES these claiming these patches seriously work! My issue is the price for these patches are way too pricey. I feel the makers of these Mighty Patches are cruel and unfair to teens and adults who suffer with acne by charging these patches ridiculously high.

These work. The only drawback I found is size: they are tiny - same as the the other 'spot' patches - but that didn't stop me from cutting and pushing one onto another when I needed to cover larger ground. That worked just fine without compromising efficacy - certainly not enough to warrant dropping a star in my rating. The micropoints are crazy efficient without sacrificing comfort in any way. I did feel a brief and very minor sting after applying, which I attributed to the salicylic acid performing as expected. That went away as quickly as I noticed it. I would absolutely recommend the Mighty Patch products to anyone wrestling the unsightly blemishes their products are designed to treat. They DO work!

It seems to have worked. Because this is only part of the process of getting rid of Closed Comedones (CC), I won't really know for several months. I still have to use an acne wash and Adapalene.

These are amazing. Absolutely helps cysts go down quicker. However the price is just tooo much for that few. I use the box in one go.

I feel like they work pretty well and I honestly always try to make sure I have some at home just in case, but more than a dollar per patch seems pretty pricey for little one time use patches.

ONLY 8 PATCHES - I don't know why these patches are so much more expensive - they are almost a dollar per patch. NOT WORTH IT

I have occasional cystic acne. I had one come up again and it was very painful. Decided to try these. I've been through three of them already, it's not gone away. It's not even went down at all.
