It's really great to buy this practical treadmill at this price. I hope it can increase the number of times I exercise and become healthier.

I got mine earlier this month. The remote has stopped working like today. Thought it was the battery changed it out Yet no luck The treadmill and remote not communicating. Trying to troubleshoot. Would likely return if I do not succeed Otherwise I have loved it since it i got it

It works for what I need. Assembly was difficult. Holes didn’t lineup. Fold out bars were a little warped. My biggest complaint is it’s advertised as low noise which the motor is but the buttons beep so loud the neighbors can hear it. Also it has 60 minute preprogrammed tracks but it says in the manual not to use it for more than 30 minutes or it can short the electronics…lol but I’m happy with it, just need to figure out how to silence these buttons.

once its assembled and you start using it, you can feel the mat under your feet dragging as your walking, after its assembled it just looks like a cheap product, i kind of regret buying it. once you've been on a real treadmill, this one is delicate

The treadmill belt has a crease in it and it's supposed to be where you could barely hear it and you can hear the treadmill so no, I would not recommend this treadmill

Cheaply made %26 would be great for a child!! As you can see in the photo it’s only 3’ high. When I walk on it I feel like it’s going to break, I am extremely skeptical of jogging/running in this.

The assembly would have been easy, but they sent the wrong size screws. The bottom screws fit, but all of the top screws were too small to connect with the holes. Hence, they were useless to screw. The screws that are a size larger are hard to find unless you buy a whole case of them. So that idea was out. Just had to pack the thing up and return it.

The product itself seems fine in the couple days since I received it, other than not being foldable without removing several screws. My issue is with the included 365 day warranty. The manual states that without a warranty card, the warranty is invalid. I did not receive a warranty card, and neither the manual, the product/seller page, Google searches, nor Walmart Customer Service were able to provide me any contact information for the seller (Hevglrm). Hoping for a response since the seller seems very responsive on other reviews! Otherwise I will need to return the product, because the warranty is essentially useless without any company contact information.

This is false advertising. I’m very upset with the fact that my treadmill only goes around 5mph and not the 10mph that it says. Maybe it goes 10mph without ANY weight on it, but it doesn’t go nearly that fast with any form of weight. The description needs to be changed. The reason I picked this treadmill was because it was able to allow me to run on it, but I can’t get a good run in going 5mph.

Missing parts. No customer service. No help from Walmart or HevGlrm. I'm attempting to email the U.S. reseller, [email protected]. There is no picture of parts so not sure what's missing exactly. I have several fewer screws and nuts than assembly calls for. Also the pictures are the size of a pin head. Instructions are hardly any help at all. I do not, can not recommend.
