The blade is very sharp, use caution. Opening the blade for the first time was Very difficult. Very stiff, the release moved smoorhly but blade had to be very carefully pulled into position. Blade was oiled which made it harder to pull open. I applied WD40 to the blade at handle working it back and forth several times to make it move easier. Besides that, very satisfied with this purchase. Again just be very careful, this blade is razor sharp.

Works. It's almost like there's a reason these have been used for farming for thousands of years. Requires disassembly for proper cleaning

The product is very useful and priced well but i was disappointed with the length of the handle which limits the usefulness for me.

it arrived quickly. kinds smaller than i had anticipated but very sharp.and works well

Bent upon arrival. Can't be closed securely without bending more. This also means that it was NOT closed securely during shipment. Still looks new, greased metal, so I doubt it was a return. Also much smaller than I'd expected, maybe this works for a 10-year-old.

blade is sharp and works well. However, it arrived with the blade slightly bent. making it hard to open and close. i was able to bend it myself so it closes better but still have to force it a bit. overall for the price its good. shipped fast

The blade is not sharp and doesn't work well

This item is so weak and poorly made that it bent out of shape as soon as we started using it. We were only cutting out some honeysuckle vines from our fence row, and it didn't last for more than 15 minutes of use. What a waste of money.
