love the shower feeling. covers most of body at once. Handheld shower is great for washing hair or dog. only thing that is difficult for me is the dial to switch the water flow between heads. the good thing is both heads can have water flow at same time with good pressure from each one. This shower head is excellent! easy installation.

I really like this shower system. It’s very different for me because I’ve only always had a regular shower head. I’d been wanting to try a rain shower for a long time. I bought this to upgrade the look and functionality of a small stall shower in the master bathroom in Georgia and this fit pretty well. I changed a chrome head to this sleek, modern black look with the extra handheld attachment. And the $20 sale price was also a big attraction as well!! The water flow is full and gentle on the regular rain, but I haven’t tried any other pulse yet. The handheld will also be handy for washing down the shower at cleaning time but it also has 3 settings that are great also. Installation was tricky at first because the instructions were in pictures and not words. I had a difficult time figuring out why the handheld would not fit into its bracket. I had to YouTube similar ones and found out that I had the hose turned around. When I switched the two ends around then the narrower end fit into the bracket perfectly. It was then that I went ahead and peeled the adhesive paper and attached the bracket to the shower wall. Until my correction I was on the verge of returning the whole item to Walmart and choose something else. Patience and common sense are truly a virtue..lol!! I’m glad I figured it out and I’m satisfied with this shower system.. except now I wish I had went larger! Instead of 6 inches maybe 8-12 inches. Even in this small 36”x36” shower stall.!!! I’m ready to purchase another one for my NY apartment already.

The parts of the item I received look fine. However, the wall mount was missing, and the box itself looked mangled and re-taped. I had to purchase a separate wall mount from Amazon, which doubled the original price paid for the complete set. I don’t know what happened before it was delivered, but the whole experience was annoying.

The water pressure is awful, it leaks profusely and I know I set it up correctly. Taped all the connections, put the washers in, everything is as tight as possible, the issue is that where the diverter connects to the shower arm turns one way while the actual diverter tightens the other way so when I’m lightening the diverter the part that connects to the shower arm loosens making it leak everywhere. When I turn it to the handheld shower head mode it still comes out of the actual shower head, so I turned it the other way and lo and behold it comes out of both that way too. So does it not switch to only the handheld side?

this shower head is no good. the transition from the main shower to the handheld is either all or nothing, having both at the same time is almost impossible to have any water pressure at all. they both just barely shower, and if you try to just use one or the other, there still is barely enough pressure to wash your hair. i do not recommend this shower head.

i got this on sale and even on sale at $25 it is not worth it very cheaply made not good quality Esthetically it looks nice but that's it the detachable shower head leaked bad from around the center where you change the message settings from day 1 and the large rain shower head has weak pressure and though i took a regular shower it used up all the hot water only got half way through my shower and was out of hot water not good save your money

wow what junk the main head wont stay tight. changed out washers on the connection areas on the main valve controller is garbage tighten and tighten still leaked, teflon taped the shower head wouldn't stay in a spot just move . i took it off and threw it in the trash . absolutely garbage dont waste you money. if your looking for something like this buy name brand delta or Kohler.

when you find a deal to good to be true, it usually is. The quality is junk. All plastic which is okay, nut it leaks in 15 different spots. And it is all from the piece that already came assembled. And there is no way to fix or tighten it. so I can't even know if it would actually work, because it leaks too bad to function properly.

i have no idea why this SCAM of a seller is listed as a pro seller. I ordered a shower head that arrived damaged and not usable. I ordered again and received a completely different shower head that was missing required parts. It seems like they are incapable of providing quality products.

is not what was in the description. package arrived on time but has several missing attachments. no 60"in stainless steel hose, or the base to attach the hand held. only thing in my package was 2 shower heads and and some white tape. very disappointed
